  • Warranties
  • NO HASSLE 12 MONTHS WARRANTY begins from the day you receive the product. Standard warranty covers only defect product. If the bulb is damage due to false installation is not covered by warranty. We highly recommend professional installation, and we are not responsible for improper installation damage.

    Exclusions
    Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact. Any modification to the system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged headlight housing, will void the warranty. HIDNY will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use a HID product.

    Repaid or Replacement
    If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us as soon as possible to try to resolve any problems before they escalade. The returned product will be inspected by the manufacturer. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option. Any charges accrued for removal, installation, or reinstallation will not be covered by this warranty. Please pay $5 for any bulbs or ballast warranty replacement shipping cost, and $10 shipping for whole kit.

  • If you are not satisfied with this product, you can return it to us within 14 days. Please contact us before returning any item. When returning an item, please included all original factory box, plastic wrap, manual, anything and everything that has been shipped to you and is related to this product. Shipping is non-refundable.
